One my way home this evening I found myself at a little drag strip called Bunker Hill in, of all places, Bunker Hill, IN.
Gate opens at 5:30, track at 6:00. Friday night is for test and grudge racing.

I remind you, on the way home for work, stil had my laptop, projector, and other misc. stuff in the car. Better planning it would of not been there.
So any how, I made 4 passes with very little break in between. I always ended up against a guy in a white 74 or 75 Cutlass (needless to say I beat him everytime).
I can see with 1/8th mile track how 4.10's would help. I was only in second through the traps.
Despite this is my first time back in about 10 years, my reaction times look like I was out for a Sunday drive. Here are the times. (witout reactin times :sleepy: )
1. 60ft 2.403; 1/8th 10.229 71.18mph
2. 60ft 2.357; 1/8th 10.213 70.55
3. 60ft 2.300; 1/8th 10.174 71.09
4. 60ft 2.381; 1/8th 10.229 70.75
Besides being a hurry to get home, and forgetting to turn off the Vent, a little rusty on my launches, and weighted down, these are not bad for stock.
At least I got room for improvement and have some benchmarks to go off of.
