So, what does everyone have planned for 2007? Since I will have major life changes that should all happen around early 2007 (divorce, selling house, moving MUCH closer to work), I am planning some big things for next year.
Here is my list, in no particular order:
- New set of tires, front and rear (not sure on stock or KDW2, yet)
- Kooks headers and full exhaust by Lidio and the exhaust shop he uses
- 4.10 gears and rear end cover - again, done by Lidio and his crew
- Dyno tune by Lidio to update my XCal2 for the exhaust and gear changes
- Metco control arms and Watts link
- Addco sway bars
- Car cover
- New daily driver (CV or GM with HPP or P71 package)
- Some Colex dress up items
- Red Powder coat cam covers (might do this next fall after getting a daily driver so I can do the down time and just get cam covers I have done).
- Real oil pressure gauge and install tranny temp gauge where the cigarette lighter is
- Tranny cooler
The first couple of items are going to entail a trip to Lidio's shop. I am hoping to meet up with some of the Motor City Marauder crew and also get in a trip to Trilogy. Planning on traveling out on the weekend and spend the better part of the week in the area. So I am hoping to meet some of you.
What about the rest of you? Anything you are planning or hoping to do to your cars next year?

Since I broke at SSHS6, my radical engine buildup has kicked into high gear. Probably be swapping it in a month or so. Later on I will likely change my blower setup from ProCharger to Kenne Bell.

... And a flatbed trailer!
Already been looking. Prolly gonna make a brand switch though. Looking for a good deal on a lightly used '97 Dodge Diesel. ('96-'98 ok as long as it has the 12V engine instead of the 24V)

Building a stock spec forged engine right now as my "winter" project, then a Trilogy kit for my #3 MM. Don't know how the stock tranny and rear end with high miles will fare with the new power, but will prolly stick to stock specs and reinforcement only upgrades.

Trilogy????? Oh really.............:eek:Yes, really...Why the surprise, Darryl? Am I missing something here? Ive been saying for years now, that I want a Trilogy powered MM. The one thing I've missed out on, has been to pick my power adder of choice.
My Kenny Brown car came with some decisions made, all I did was buy the very first supercharged Marauder. Now that it's moved on to new challenges, it's my turn to make a decision, yes?
BTW, the Kenne Bell 2.2 stuff is close on it's heels. If Zack ever wants to sell that setup, he should say so before I order my Trilogy kit. My decision isn't final, but I like the power of both approaches to supercharging.

Oh yeah, also planning on using some of my free time next year to start some auto detailing on the side for extra cash. But that money will probably be used to put in a college fund account for the daughter.

Good for you. I know Jerry will be offering a Lyshom twin-screw also for the MM.

Sway bars, upgraded shocks and springs (Naake?), and some stereo work.
By next winter I'll need to replace the POS Chrysler. Maybe a used LS or Mark VIII.

maybe a little more $$$ closer for a Trilogy
A few more times to go away to Orlando to enjoy Universal Studios
Maybe a raise for all this to happen

I wouldn't call it a plan, but if someone wanted my MM bad enough to pay my asking price, I'll sell.
