I've been looking for some new shocks and I found at www.rockauto.com (http://www.rockauto.com) and at www.autopartswarehouse.com (http://www.autopartswarehouse.com) they have kyb gas-a-just shocks for 03+ panthers, but im not sure if this is correct. What do you guys think?

Let us know if you find some Bilsteins that fit on your Marauder.
As far as I know, they don't.

I have the QA1 dual adjustable shocks all-around now and am very pleased. Check out the thread I just started, "Naake suspension soves "body language" problem!

Yeah I would love to get that package, but i'm a college student and I dont have a bajillion dollars. You can start with the Metco full rear treatment and I have to tell you that the difference was awsome. It alone made a huge difference in handling. I'm a curve loving, road drivin' maniac, but brakes come first.
And don't underestimate what really good brakes can do for you. They allow you to head into a turn much faster cause you can wait 'till the last split second, hoe down hard just before the turn and then let off before you make the turn. You may go slower IN the turn but the net effect is you come out on the other side way ahead.
Check my signature, if I had it to do all over again, I would have done it exactly as I did before. The stock shocks are very good, IMO. I think you'll get more in the handling department with the Metcos' first. Perhaps the Watts links give you the most if you want to piecemeal it, and handling is what you want. The arms are very good too, but the forte' with those is traction.

Then you cannot go wrong with Motorcraft shocks.

They're pretty decent shocks.
Lots of guys in the Crown Vic community use them, but almost everyone prefers Motorcraft shocks.
I put some Bilstein HDs on my 2000 CVPI but the ride was wayyyyy too harsh for my taste - I also have Addco swaybars, poly bushing, and poly endlinks in that car - so I went back to stock police Motorcraft shocks and the car rides perfect again.
