From what I have read, I was supposed to have received a voucher for a MM leather jacket in the mail following the purchase of my vehicle. It has been almost a month now and no voucher has arrived. Anyone know who I can contact to check on status?? Thanks in advance for any info!!

man, trust me, when you get your jacket you will really like it, i love mine
I waited 3 months and finally called the 800 # and was advised the program was discontinued and I would have to go to the selling dealer who would have to request it through the zone rep. This took about another 1 1/2 month to finally get it.

I was lucky, by the time I finally mailed in the voucher, I had the jacket in 2 weeks!! The sales manager at the dealership of purchase should be able to expedite yours.

My dealer had no idea that a jacket came with the car (go figure). I got my car about a month ago. Two weeks (to the day) later, I got the postcard, and a week after I mailed it back, I got my nifty jacket...
I will say I was surprised that they only sent a postcard... I almost pitched it, then realized what it was!!!

Almost four weeks after I took delivery I still hadn't gotten the card to send back for the jacket. So I called the Beanstalk group and they said they would send me a jacket if I sent them an email with my VIN, date of purchase, etc. They seemed very nice. That was last week. Hope to get the jacket soon!
By the way, I had asked my salesman to make sure to do whatever he had to do to trigger my receiving the card for the jacket. But the Beanstalk folks said they hadn't gotten any info about my purchase of the car! I just got tired of waiting.

As far as i understand, once the dealer registers the car as sold in the ford system, the card is triggered.
Beanstalk group keeps records of jackets sent out by VIN, so they should be able to take care of you fine troopcar.
