Hey,
Bought a SCT 9100 outta the classifieds and need to talk to the seller.
No real problem, Lonnie Doll at BOC says I need to know if the unit was returned to the stock program before it was sold.
I can't remember the sellers handle,but his name is Yvon Jean and he's from Quebec.
I would contact him,but I tossed all the his info as soon as the unit showed up :censor: . All other aspects of the sale cool,always answered my emails and I recieved the item within 5 days of him getting my money order.
Any help appreciated,Merry Xmas!:beer:

Just hook it up. If you can't flash then it was reprogrammed to the original VIN and therefore it's locked up.

I'm the one you're looking for.

To answer your question, yes the unit, as far as i know, had to be return stock. I didn't did it myself but the way I understand it works, you have to return it to original if you want to use another tuner. That was my case when we did the the FIT install in KC.

The Fit kit use the Predator. So to be able to use it, we had first to "revirginize" the car with the SCT tuner. ==> Returning the car to the stock tune is like the tuner is now back available to meet another car.

At that time, the Predator could be used to finish the install. The Predator also look to copy the stock tune of the car in to lock in in at his turn to your vehicle. That's how i understand it works but I'm not an expert in those things though.
