whats with the big gaping area behind the front bumper cover by the wheels? i've got like a pile of rocks in there now.

If you mean just in front of the driver's side wheel, yeah we all have that...I don't think anyone's figured out WHY, though...I just flush it out each time I wash the car...

Fat - There was a thread on that a while back and as RF stated the issue was not resolved.

There is an electrical connector there that you should further wrap in rubber or something..... so it lasts

Last winter I made mention of it being a good place to keep our beer cold.

I think I tried to get the piece from the gran marquis to fit, and to the best of my recollection...it did not.
