K & N filter cover

Does anyone have the K & N Induction kit wth the cover on it? My filter got really dirty (with pine needles) and I was wondering if the cover restricts any air flow in the engine? It looks like it does.

I have one and I see no airflow restriction from it.

I have one as well and it catches all the fine dirt that eventually clogs the filter....easily washable!!:beer:

I have one on mine. I see no problem with it. I couldn't tell any difference in performance. :2thumbs:
