When you take a look at the 30k, 60k, etc. service intervals, you'll see that you can do most of the stuff yourself for a fraction of the cost.
Basically, it consists of the following "services": oil/filter change, fuel filter change, winshield wiper replacement, coolant flush, transmission flush. The rest is just inspecting this or that part, which is really a bunch of bull*****.
You can do the oil change for $15 (Motorcraft oil & filter), top-shelf wipers are about $15 for the pair, and a Motorcraft fuel filter w/ plastic clips is about $25 total (takes 20 minutes tops). So that's about $55. Pay another $200 for the transmission and coolant flushes, and you've just saved almost a hundred and fifty bucks with minimal time and effort.
Of course, if you're ultra-busy then perhaps this isn't a bad deal with their coupon price. Pay the "regular price" of $529 and you should get free dry cleaning services included because they're taking you to the cleaners!
