I had some real problems w/ caffeine in workout supplements a couple of weeks ago. I had bought some NOS blast and these thermogenic pills but didn't read the specifics on the box and had stacked 800mg of caffeine one day. My heart was racing and bug-eyed for about 5 hours until I crashed. Terrible stuff sometimes.

Yep. I used it for a while when it was out. I had pure ephedra pills and only used them when I played soccer.
