Satalite Radio question

Does anyone know if you can plug into the back of the factory radio, like and aux jack....ther is a plug back there for the CD Changer...is it the same? Can you use that one.....My friend has a jack in his center console for an MP3 player on his Mustang but he can plug his Sirius Satalite radio in to it so he does not have to use the FM antennea.

You can do a direct input with an adapter on some of the cars if they have the correct radio. PM me with the year of your car and if it has a CD changer hooked.
