So, when I bought my MM, the dealer didn't know the keyless entry combo. Is there a spot where it's written on the MM? How would I go about finding it? Although, who's to say the original owner didn't change it though. It's worth a shot though.

The original code can never be erased.
Look in the glove box, or the trunk hinges (usually driver side)

Also their is a sticker if you remove the driver's side dash on a module. The OEM code is the main code and you can add up to 4 or 5 other codes.

If you can find the control module.... there is a sticker attached to it with the 5 digit code. The control module should be either light gray or black in color and buried somewhere up near the firewall in the interior, or perhaps in the kick panel on the passenger's side. If up in the dash, and even if you can't see the code on the control module, as was the case in my Excursion recently, you can feel the sticker and peel it off with a fingernail.
Once I fed my arm up through the mess in the dashboard and found my Excursion keyless control module, I peeled the sticker (with code) off and stuck it in my owner's manual.

Didn't see your reply. Based on your reply, I suspect the keyless control module is up in the dash, and most likely behind the AM/FM/CD player. That's where it was hidden on my Excursion.

No, the module is in the door. Use the door speaker install write up to take out the door and then the code will be on the module.

Yes the module is in the drivers door. Please do NOT tear up your dash looking for the module cause it ain't there.
Do a search and you can find a thread that I posted pictures of the module and it's location.

Yes, the module IS in the driver door. Lower front corner and the master code is plainly printed on it. The door panel is easy to take off. PM me if you need help. I will supply pics for you step-by-step.

My stickers were on the outside of the left trunk hinge and the "A" pillar left hand side.

Thanks guys. I'll check my trunk first to see if it's there. As for the door, I'll save that for the spring time or a warmer day to do that. I wish I had the original owner's manual. All I got was the book though and no nice little booklet. So I bought one off eBay lol.
