to those with addco sway bars

ordered a rear sway bar. took about two months to get it. on the packing slip is says description: 1 ford crown victoria. item= k1-650-0u. and it says unit price 98.50. i know i paid like 180 for it. does anyone else have part numbers for this bar? the reason im asking is because im going to sell the marauder and want to sell the bar but i obviously want to make sure is the right bar before i sell it. thanks

What bar is this front or rear, if it is a rear the part # is a 650 the front is a 2196 as far as the invoice goes, I am not sure why it was in the box, and trust me that is not the corect cost for the bar, was your bar sent directly from Addco, they have had many issues over the last year they are restructuring and there production is off, but they have had a new management change. And they are striving to improve there service.

The rear bar is a #650 and it does fit all the Panther chassis' from '03 up, not just the Marauder, so you have the correct one.

When/if you sell it, the bar will actually fit all 92 and newer CV's.

I thought a new bar had to be designed/bent by ADDCO to specifically fit '03 up cars?

On Addco's website it lists:

From '91.5 and up, the rear bar is part number 650

Front for '91.5 to '00 is 509 and '02 and newer is 2196 but the 509 fits up to the front suspension redesign in '03

For the front they are only considering the model release year not the model year.
a 2003 model front bar obviously won't fit a 2002 model.

I wonder how many orders they get for the 2196 for a 2002?

Back when there was a lot of excitement about changing anti-sway bars, people claimed they had ordered the existing rear bar but it didn't fit, Obviously that was false then.
