did the lady not care about the baby? Ran to the opposite side of the car that the baby was in, then after they took the baby seat out the officer was taking care of the baby, including rocking it on the front of the car...im sorry but if i was her i would prolly be holding that baby.....

It's insane that the police have to chase someone for 2 hours. Now innocent people are hurt, or have their car destroyed at best. Damn the lawyers that twisted the laws all around to allow this to happen.
