I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of a product to clean convertible tops. I have a 1970 Cadillac De'Ville and my white top is marked with stains from the dirt it has collected over the years. I have tried Simple Green and hasnt worked. I know I cant use bleach or it will harm the material...
Any suggestions??

I used to use wesley's wheel bright on my white GT top as well as my 63 coupe deville. Little harsh but worked. Stiff brissle brush and rinsed real well. Then put armor all on it afterwords.
Terminator top is cloth and doesn't see the outside since the top is down every nice day.

back in 87 I had a mustang vert with a white top. I used Wesleys Bleche white( yes, that is how it's spelled)with a firm bristle brush and elbow grease. GOOD LUCK

Rob, I have 2 products that were recommended by Porsche for my 911 rag top..They are yours if you want them, One cleans the other protects against harmful rays, etc. I will bring them to the picnic. Dennis

I have used the Wesleys tire white for many years and as long as you throughly rince it it will not harm the top IMO.
Check my pictures in the gallery, that top is 25 years old and I always used tire white on it.
