Question on 1999 7.3 POWERSTROKE

I have noticed minor oil seepage around the bottom corner of the left valve cover on my SUPERDUTY. Thinking it's just the bolt coming loose over time (and 180,000 miles), does anybody happen to know what the torque (ft/lbs) should be for this bolt?

97"lbs. I looked it up. I presume you know those gaskets aren't very cheap?

Thanks for lookin, hopefully it's just the bolt that came loose (over time).
