Is it possible to remove and change the shift knob...
It appears that you would have to change out the whole shifter arm down to the pivot point.

Simply slide the lower portion of the shifter arm downward.
It will expose 2 torx screws.

After removing the screws as Zack mentioned, don't forget to disconnect the o/d off wiring before you yank it off (it gets tucked up into the shift knob)

This also helps correct a loose knob, too. I'll use this info to fix a current owner's MM.
