please help with photoshop

i suck at photoshop and i was wondering if anyone here could donate some time and skill

i am looking to get a stripe made at the local decal shop for the Ram pickup we have, i want to get something that looks like the strip from the AAR baracuda and make it longer for the truck.

The red is how long i want it to be, and the green shows how tall i want it to be. Anyone that can do photoshop please help me out, you see how skilled i am.

Im just looking for it to be flat black, and a steady 4-5 inch tall in front and 7-9 on the back, it doesnt have to do any bend up or down just straight back is fine. Please help

at the bottum is a big pic to test out with.

so nobody with any real photoshop skills (like the different hoods on a MM, or chroming or blacking out the b pillars) is going to try a simple stripe?
