Excellent choice Paul! I presume it was the one you were inquiring about? Welcome aboard for real, enjoy your new ride. Remember, there isn't really a better daily driver out there. Even if there was, it wouldn't get as many looks as this one!

As the others alluded, you're in MM heaven up there. Go to a meet and check out some of the other local cars. Have a great time and enjoy the mountain of information in the threads and the collective here.

Thanks guys. Yes, it's the one I was inquiring about. Originally owned by Marauder 57 from Mt Dora. I found it on cars.com and then autotrader. I have grown bored with my '03 Maxima - great car, actually the nicest I'd ever owned before now - but just not enough power. Most people are happy with the 255 horses in a Maxima (not the members here!), but even with a cat-back exhaust, hi flow cat, and midpipe with K&N it just wasn't enough. I could've always done more, but with the torque steer in a front wheel drive...

A Marauder previously caught my eye in the used car lot of the Ford dealer in Inverness,but I didn't act (a black one by the way). Wife insists on great crash test ratings or can't put the 2-year old in it (child has never ridden in the Maxima). So, research, ponder, research, and hurrah, the Marauder rings the bell in all categories. Then stumble across the cars.com ad, she already has alot of great mods, plenty more possible. Wow. It was just dumb luck it's one of the rare blues and was loved by an enthusiast from this community.

Well panthers get five start front and four on the side for crash test ratings and they are also the only car that is tested to withstand a 70mph crash from behind so I think somehow you and your family are safe, lol! You'll enjoy it! Just try not to put too many miles on it now! Just kidding, have fun!
