But really, why stop there. I thought it would be a kick to shave an image into my back but I am stumped as to what. Some help please?

A checker board pattern would be neat. This would give the added advantage of being able to invite friends over to play checkers on your back.

Film it being done and put it on YouTube.
But first drive around without an exhaust on your car and yell at people on the street announcing your intentions. That way your famousness and popularity will grow.
