Airbag Lite

My Airbag lite on the dash began flickering on/off. Then it was a steady on, turn off the ignition and restart and it would stay off for a while.

Now it's a on all the time.

Anyonelse have this problem?

NO - But you should go directly to dealer, especially when safety is a factor.

I have had this problem 2x so far. First time the dealer rerouted the wire loom under the driver seat because while adjusting the seat position the connector was getting stressed, causing an intermittent signal.

The 2nd time (which I just got it back from Monday) they replaced the wire loom under the passenger seat & under the carpet. There was an intermittent somewhere inside & they chose to replace rather than repair.

Trouble codes should make the diagnosis straightforward, although this last repair lasted 6 days including the weekend because Ford shipped them the wrong wire loom.
