This weekend has been a huge success!

Everyone that traveled for this meet made it safely, and was ready to get out and have a good time.

And we did just that.

The weathermen missed their mark on the rain, and has been a glorious weekend with sunshine, a breeze and 80 degree plus temps.

Marauders, Caves, Corvettes, great Southern cookiing, fine Kentucky Bourbon and wonderful people made this another meet for the record books.

Well, 550 miles roundtrip and one carwash later, I'm home.

As expected, I had a fantastic weekend with some class-act folks.

I wish I had posted more of mine. Some scumbag broke into my house Wednesday and stole my laptop and two digital cameras. 4+ yrs of pictures gone never to be recovered. :mad2: I was going to start backing up some of that stuff in the next couple weeks, when I got some free time, now that I retired. The Laptop is password protected for what thats worth. They also got two MP3 players and my daughters Gameboy Advance. I'm guessing Kids, At least the house wasn't trashed. Also broke into the garage where the MM was parked, The car was locked, but at least they didn't notice the keys on the console.

I know, Paul, and it's breaking my heart, that I haven't found the perfect MM. It was a sad day when I saw the silver one going down the hill, on it's way to VA. Funny, though, Breadfan's dad, Mark, drives it to Chambersburg, and the guys at the Mercury dealership are always telling me about the Silver MM they see, just like mine. I don't have the heart to confess.:(

You have to admit, though, that's a sharp looking pickup. :D

Winona is about 30 miles from here. "Bootwash" is such a hole that it's uphill the whole way there. Winona is a great town though.

I had one fewer sticker on the car at the meet than I normally have. The 'First Iraq, Now France!' sticker got a little ratty looking so I peeled it off. A rag soaked in WD40 took off the adhesive. If it ever hits 70 degrees, I'll put my new SS inserts on. Can't wait!
