My wife evened the score with me for building the GM. She went out and bought a new Merecedes ML 350. It costs almost as much as the GM build. What a big grin she has on her face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No blower yet but the 52 F1 project that has a blower on the race flathead is full steam ahead! I will post pictures of this one of these days.

Sounds like you got off easy. ;) She could have been interested in the Mercedes CL 600 ($144,975) with the V12, twin turbo 5.5 liter. Or that little Mercedes SLR McLaren job ($455,750 but getting $501,325 now) with the 5.4 liter S/C 618 HP powerplant. Yep, she coulda got REAL even. :rofl:
