I have just turned 30000 mi. I would like a more aggressive brake pad for every day street driving rotor friendly and ones that don't squeal. My rotors are in good shape no groves no hard spots. Can I install new pad without haveing them turned ? What are some prefered pads ?

You could, but I would not recommend it, the pads will not break in properly, the rotors are glazed and you will probably get disk brake pulsation.

Dennis, thanks for the professional advice on brake flush & rotors. I will take your advice and wait until my pads are completely worn before upgradeing the pads. I was hoping I would not have had to replace rotors. I never had good luck with resurfaceing them. They usually wrap within a very short period of time.
