suicide knobs

Does anyone use suicide knobs? I know that that are illegal in most if not all states, but I saw a cool Mercury man one that I like. Just curious to see if anyone on this site has used one or still does.

If it is on e-bay, i have purchased one. It does not fit on our wheels :(. It is, however, a nice item.
