Low Mileage Shocks

I'm pretty sure my front right shock needs to be replaced, since the left one was replaced after the same symptoms by the dealer under the extended warranty. So if anyone has a low mileage front right shock or anything let me know.

Check with Rick-N-Miami. He might have his stock shocks if they have not sold.

Even though FMC will only warranty one shock for a leaker... the sensible thing to do is to replace them in pairs only....But they won't listen to ya... I had a 2003 CV P72 with 6000 miles and it had a front shock leaking only one is leaking and only one is bad is the report... sure....they only las t 25 K and so now I have unbalanced shocks on the front... sure is a safety problem as far as I am concerned... But a call to the Ford Rep and a nasty call from the dealer gave me the answer... Make sure they are both leaking before you go for service...under the warranty...

An oil can can make both shocks "leak". :D

I talked to Rick he replaced his rears, yeah I tried to get them to replace both but they didn't. Either way I am out of the little extended warranty that I had.
