Silver in Southport, FL

Today at 4:30 PM I was behind a Silver Birch Marauder with a FL tag in Southport headed southbound on SR 77. He turned eastbound onto CR 2321. It was filthy dirty, like a dirt road car that hadn't been washed in months. :( :shake:
