Took a bit to get it on the trailer with the dead slug and the fact that the car was lowered into the weeds, but that's what big friends are for!
The car was super clean except for the damn pollen! I am a glutton for punishment buying black cars!
Here are a couple of shots:

Very nice, Marty, good for you! :)
I understand those are faster than Shelby's GT 500 porker, ....bone stock. Congratulations! :high5:
BTW, I'm assuming those fittings on the trailer's fenders allow for removal so you can open the doors to get in/out. I just learned, sadly, that the trailer I was going to use to take Sunshine to Carlisle can't be used because of a perimeter rail that won't allow for door opening, not to mention the ramp angle being so severe that the front fascia will rub, and perhaps high center to boot.
So Sunshine gets another 100+ miles on the clock, and I'll be faced with a big clean-up job, once she's in the the building. Of course, I'll have the "grin", on the way up, Thursday, and back Sunday. :D

Yes, those are the screw downs for the driver side fender removal. Works great!
I know the perils of getting low cars on trailers. Cobras are tricky. We made extensions from 2x10 planks. Maybe you could do the same?
To say the least, I wasstressing getting this on the trailer yesterday, but with some patience, planning and a clenched anal sphincter it went on without damage!
Good luck with Sunshine!!

It will be a stock block and bottom end with a polised Whipple. I am looking for around 500hp or so.
I will be putting a set of BBS Plasma RKs on it.

Good luck, I am partial to the Cobras.
Can you comfortably fit in the Cobra for a road trip?
I would like to own one one day, however I do not know if I can fit.
I think you are a couple of inches taller.

Awesome snag Marty! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pick her up for? And yes, they're still bringing the bank in. The lowest one I've found (and almost bought) was about $24,300 and it was in so so condition, which is why I didn't buy it. As for the rims, I like 'em. They're pretty popular too for the Cobra's.
If you are looking for 500rwhp, just get a Stegmier Port job.
Too bad you dont like me more, Im closer than Atlanta and far cheaper.

I think he's getting the Whipple so if he wants to go more HP, it's right there, rather than wasting time sending it to Stiegemeier and still just having an Eaton on it.

Actually, I don't mind you it's just what you type that bothers me.
I am not sure that you can beat the Atlanta prices.
As far as the Steigmeir, for what I get the Whipples and KB's for I feel like it will give me a better platform for when I decide to step it up a bit more. Don't you agree?

Not surprisingly, you made me laugh!!!
For about ten minutes I was rolling on the floor trying to get that image of some weird "stap-on" that was so big it took a trailer out of my head....
Then I realized you "might" be talking about the Cobra.
My bad...
LOL!

You need a Steggy + pulleys to get to 500 rwhp. Go with a 2.6 or 2.8 KB.
Trust me!
