You find the weirdest things on EBay!!
So.... Wheelie Popper? Flip itself all the way over? Tip over on a turn? Smash into a tree? How do you think this thing will meet it's fate?

You would look great in it Steve! The thing would have to be tough to drive with that short wheelbase. Wonder why it has a new hood?

I think it's already met it's fate. He should have used a Suzuki Samuri though.
I once had an $800 Samuri with a 3" lift kit and driving that thing was absolute fun. ( or sheer terror if you dislike driving on two wheels.) I suspect that the mini-spool in the rear end won't make things any better.

There. Is. No. God.
What a waste of one of the best motors ever made...

I agree Bob. It's a shame to have that put into that POS! On a side note though, that thing must move.

Ever driven one of the early Trackers, a Geo. I did and the chassis was overpowered with the POS 4 banger from the factory. I can't a bigger waste of time and money. Everyone needs a hobby. Maybe kept him out of something bad? Dennis

You could win lots of $$$$$$ in some (illegal of course) street racing!
Reminds me of that joke about the rednecks where one says "Ya'll check this sh^* out!" right before he dies in a blaze of stupidity.
I drove my step-dads '67 Toyota Land Cruiser a few times. It had a built 351 Windsor in it. Scary fast. Heck, it was scary everything. That's probably the craziest engine/body combo I ever drove. Anyone else got any crazy combo stories?

Yeah but just think, somewhere there is a Grand National running around with a 1.6l 4 cylinder in it. :D
As far as crazy swaps goes, I've seen a few. Just last week I seen an '84 Ford Ranger at a dealership that had a 400 in it. They wanted $1,500 for it.
A couple years ago I seen a '80 something Honda CRX with a supercharged 3.8l V-6 out of a Buick Park Avenue. It was mid mounted and looked like a lot of fun.
Then there was a stock looking John Deere riding lawn mower with a Harley Davidson shovelhead mill at the local tractor pull. It sure didn't sound stock.

No, the best swap I've seen is my buddy's '85 S10 with a Edelbrock Performer 350 in it, Ford 9" rear with 4.11's, traction bars, the works. It runs 11's all day.

Saw something floating around the 'net a couple years back where someone was trying to mount a Caddy Northstar V8 in a Fiero. Not sure if it was ever finished though.

I know a guy in Philly that has a an older mini pick-up (not sure of model) with a two rotor rotary than runs low 11's, and he uses it as his shop truck

The plumbing under the hood is rustier than that of my septic tank!:D
I wedged a 500 Caddy motor into an 86 Monte SS once.
They said that I was crazy for this car. They were right!
