Was wondering what size our throttle bodies on the MM are..? Is it the same same as the 4valve mustangs of the smae year. I have a Trilogy system on mine but with the stock throttle body, so the question arises, will a bigger throttle body help or hinder me and if it does help are there Venders on this site who can help me, also will I have to 'retune' my car?
Any help would be appreciated

Accufab makes a TB for us. Stock is twin 57 and Accufab is twin 60. There was a group buy a really long time ago and I got one.
The consensus seemd to be no performance gain on NA, but quicker throttle response. My experience agrees with consensus.
Also, it seemed most gave it some credit for a few HP when super-charged, but MarauderTJA's experience/opinion was not so and he reverted to stock (as I recall).
Summary: It's bling, mostly and allow quicker throttle 'blips'. It also gives a different more connected feeling to the pedal. I like mine, though and wouldn't go back.
Do a search on Accufab.

I got the 62mm Accufab - it goes on the Mach I 4V Mustangs - and the bore matches the intake perfectly. A little more HP at the top end.

Hmm, I could be mistaken. I thought ours was the Mach1 TB with the springs and arm flipped upside down for the other side intake. Was it 60 or 62? I can't remember. I do remember it matching up with the intake bore quite nicely when I installed it.
Anyways. Call Accufab, see their site and search here for 'Accufab'.

Guess you'll have to do some looking. The TB from the GB was 60mm. Acufab apparently has a 62 and so does BBK.

The accufab GB was for the 62MM dual bore TB. I gained 1hp peak and about 3RWHP on the top end.
It gave me a stiffer pedal and more throttle response so it was a pretty decent mod.

Thanks everyone for your input, last question? will I have to reflash or retune after I do the install? I can't help but think that I will get a little more on the top end as I am boosted. I will go to the accufab and BBK websites.
Thanks

It wouldn't hurt to get it dyno-tuned after the TB install. I didn't do mine, but then I'm still NA.

I installed it and drove for a few weeks with no tune, I then went and had the car sprapped on the dyno and it felt exactly the same after the tune. My tuner didnt have to tweak anything for it either so you do not need a tune for this mod.
