On US-13 South in Cheswold, DE around 1PM. Black w/o spoiler and was passed by me in Black "04 w/spoiler. Anybody on the site?:banana:

I know that Delaware is "The First State"; but you are gonna have to help us out here, Veron. ;) Like ...... Cheswold, DE (about 6 miles north of Dover). :rofl:
