No, Most members have been selling it for $100 less then what the dealer gets them for so I figured I put my line out there and see if one pops up.

I tried selling my trunk organizer for $150 (half of what I paid when I bought the car) but shipping that sucker is around $100 so it's only a deal to someone who can pick it up.

Is shipping really that much for this item?? I had a rim and tire shipped for only $32. Just recently I mailed out a set of Nerf bars and that only cost me $28.
Its really not that big or heavy.

Its really not that big or heavy. It is heavier than you think, I love mine keeps everthing neat,no affect on miliage easy removal to go racing.Do not understand why people dont want them:wave:

Box size.... total inches. UPS uses a total inches formula. It's not just the weight it's how much space the package takes up on the truck.

Rich Long is right.
UPS, FedEx and most shipping companies use a Volume/Weight formula.
They charge a minimum weight per volume, even of the box weighs less.

If anyone in the NY area has a Trunk Organizer, I would be interested also.

I got mine in Tuesday. I bought mine from a member in OK.
Now, I measured the box and took the weight off the FED-EX sticker. When I plugged in the dimensions and weight at UPS.com and at FED-EX they were both around $35.00 for the trip it had made.

Here I am with my new Trunk Organizer!!

Don't know if I'll ever use it... but I got it.

It sucks that there are vendors that take advantage with the "S/H". Hey I understand they are in it to make money and they are entitled, but some are over the top with $. When I browse ebay I always make sure seller takes paypal, and shipping is reseasonable. Also some vendors make it hard to find the shipping with the long storys on the page, but you gotta look for it or ask first before bidding. Some of these sellers rely on shipping charges to make up for low item price.

I'll never do that again. Packing and Shipping stuff is a real PITA! I sold a Cutlass header panel, rear bumper, headers, and a few other large items, even sent a package to Germany. It ain't easy. I kind of understand why some pad the shipping a bit to make up for the time it takes to get stuff ready to ship! Especially the bigger stuff.

:twocents: I have sold stuff on ebay and listing that many items at once is hard to keep track of ie: did they pay, keep track who paid, send invioce, pack item, then ship item. It's harder than most people think, life gets in the way.
What I do is once there is a bid on item I pack it so it is ready to go when paid. Also I do not like to ship out of the USA only because it is a PITA period. Big stuff I list as local pickup only, and only accept PAYPAL (it may cost us more, but it's worth the convienance).

I just bought one right from the dealer and it was cheaper than buying one used and having it shipped, I get a little bit of a discount beause i buy alot there but the price was 258.00 out the door, woth every penny just so my cleaning stuff isnt rolling around the trunk
