What's the numbers on the LS? I know it has the 3.9L V8 same as the Thunderbird.

I think the T-Bird has the 4.6 with 280 hp DOHC.. I just looked it up as a friend of mine has one and its really crammed in there.. Richy

I wonder what's more reliable, the SHO 3.4l V8, or the LS 3.9l V8. Aside from the notorious SHO cam welding problems.

Ran the wifes '06 LS last year, hit 15.1 (2.38sec-60'). She has conical air filter and a shift tune. If you got 15.2 w/o mods maybe I was doing something wrong.?. Don't remember if trax control was on or off. .

#'s ? It Just says LSV8 on the trunk.. I believe it's suppose to be 280 hp at the crank would be my guess.

It's a Jag engine and there isn't much out for it. Low 15s is pretty normal, but you can get it to do 14.8 stock if you mess with the tire pressue on the perfect night. ;)
