well i finally got my pulleys, electric pump, and 3000 converter installed(love the performance), so now im looking towards, intake manifold and headers. My question is, after those last two mods, whats left as far as speed increase?(NO SUPERCHARGER!, though im starting to think it might be necessary...);)

Headers and gears. Intake manifold won't make a noticeable difference.

Exhaust next I would do. As Brian stated, don't even think about touching the intake manifold.

If you are going to do anything to the intake manifold, Just pick up a intake spacer. Every HP counts and you can grab up to 7 with one installed.

I just installed my intake spacer a few days ago, can feel a ever so slight difference in the mid range.

thanks for the input guys, i think ill stay away from the manifold seen as how its close to $300 bucks, ill go with the spacer. but after that, is that it?

If you still have the stock exhaust, the pipes coming off the cats are 2" -- this is TINY! Look there.
