Is there like a splitter out there that I can plug into the cigarette lighter port that will allow me to plug in two things instead of one? The reason I'm asking is because I just bought a really nice GPS, and I want it plugged in the same time my Cobra radar is instead of un-plugging that and so on.

Check in the shops at truck stops. That's where I got one that splits a single into 3.

Cops have a really nice one with three outlets and circuit breakers for each one...mount with velcro...or you can get cheap 2 and 3 outlet ones from places like AutoZone or Napa

Just be careful, just cause you have three plugs does not mean you have triple the capacity. You will be popping fuses like crazy. With the two components stated you should be more than safe.
