You read or see this come out of the ground over the weekend?

The plan was to get it running for the ceremony.

They forgot one little detail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you expect. It's Tulsa, Okalahoma. If you look @ the video, you can see Darryl, his brother Darryl, & his other brother Darryl, w/ Pop-Pop Darryl in the back ground.:depress:

What a shame -they might as well as left the car parked behind the Courthouse the last 50 years!

I wonder if anyone had a clue about ground water levels or did they not bother to seal the lid?!

They unveiled the car to paying public in a large convention center.
Some attendents started to clean an area on the car to see if it would come up.
You could hear & see someone in the crowd saying "they should stop cleaning, they should stop cleaning".
I tend to agree, if you remove the patina, it won't be worth squat.

(if you google "tulsa plymonth" you'll find a few videos).iu

They shouldve put the car where Doc Brown and Marty stored the Delorean in Back to the Future III, it held up alot better!

Should of stored in the cave where Woody Allen found the VW bug in Sleeper.
