FS: JL Audio 500/1 mono block amp

LIKE NEW! Has a few marks on the top polished cover and two of the heads on the bolts on the side plate are broken of but that does not affect the amp at all. Also included in the sale is the manual and original box. The amp was never pushed hard because well it didn't need to since JL Audio under rates their amps of course they don't admit to it but testing proves otherwise. The amp has been sitting in my storage unit since August 2005 and I only had it installed for about 3 months before I pulled it out. Amp is rated at 500 watts at 1.5 ohms, I have had other amps just like this one been tested and were 100% stable at 1 ohm while cranking out 601watts.

Two heads snapped off when I put it back together, it does however not affect how the unit works.

Yeah and most go for $369.99 and up for used ones from what I saw and with ebay their is no real chance you can get it for less than $350 because their still very popular. I am including shipping and shipping insurance on the item, original box, manual and a well taken care of barely used amp.

I bought this amp at retail price which was $549.99 plus tax.
