Wiper Motor fuse

Can someone tell me which fuse to pull for the wiper motor? I have a short and I need to turn them off.

Its #17 (second row - from bottom) (second from the left) Its in the fuse box located in the drivers side kick panel under the steering wheel...ALOHA

are you sure its a short? are they operating by themselves? if so you have what some of us have had here, problems with the 2003 panther windshield wiper motor, uncommanded wiper operation, you need a new windshield wiper motor.
