:puke:it has crown vic gauges, crown vic heat controls and not to mention the antenna button is still there, which i dont know but my marauder doesnt have an external antenna. also above the light selector knob is somethin funky (my vic was a 94 p73 so thigs will be different)

i never thought i would see one worse than the now infamous orange with sivler two-tone marauder.

Comments in the ad say "Maruader conversion."

Bumper covers, seats, console and monochrome paint do not a Maruader make. Ugh!:P

That car has been on here before. The sad part is, someone who doesn't know what a real MM is, will buy that and think it is.

So true. People know little enough about Marauders as it is. Now we have these wannabe's mucking it up even further.

I know that color ... it's 2000 Ford Focus gold!

I would look good in that, cruising on 8 Mile Road.

With people rebadging vics and marquis's it'll be a shame when someone pulls up to the real marauder and the conversation will be."My cars engine doesn't say 32V". But we can go about this two ways.

1. Inform everyone who thinks of the purchase.
2. Let people buy the car and the real Marauder Owners keep their COLLECTOR'S cars.

I also believe when a car is duplicated and imitated the real car's value wil increase.

I like how the check engine light, in the on position matches the exterior paint

i believe he has "ghost" stripes(they knew they were so ugly they tried to fade out but lost the fight). because of the stripes that means it is a marauder. duhh has this forum not taught you anything!:P

That car has showed up at the Tower Shops in Davie at one of our meets. It is not is Show room Condition as stated. The condition of that car is fair at best.

It does make me wonder, and I have to ask, unless Cobra25 can validate it since he said he's seen it in person. Could it be a real MM with a CV dash/Heater unit?

I can't Validate it was for sure a Marauder. A few of the guys were their that nite when it pulled up and parked. The Hood was closed so I couldn't see what was under it. It seamed like a Marauder that was wrecked in the past, and the guy used CV Parts to fix it up some. If their is a Vin # around somewhere ask RoyLPita to run it.

The wheels are a tad big but I love the stance. Lose the color, lose the flea-market stereo and shave off a few thousand miles and you'd have a decent car. Why people do this to such a sacred vehicle is beyond me.......

Hah, I love when they take pictures of the car with the temps up. But Crown Vics and Marquises have the fuel on the right and the temp on the left, in the left-hand gauge cluster. So the fuel is all the way at F.

The fuel guage on the CV cluster is in the same spot as our temp guage. The car has a full tank of gas, you can add $50.00 to the price :).
