I'm pretty sure you have to do a search on a specific subject, then scroll down for the similar threads. Otherwise what similar threads are you looking for? The system needs to know what subject you are wanting similar threads on.

"Similar Threads" only show up when in a thread. I know what you're getting at....seeing if there's an existing thread already covering the subject instead of starting a new one. You can use more than one search word in "Search" which might help narrow down your search for an existng thread.
