Was out tooling around before dinner time and drove by the Everett Boeing Facility. Out on the assembly building ramp north of the "Boeing Freeway" as they call it, was the new 787 Dreamliner. The first public rollout was today. It's a nice looking bird.
On the radio they were saying that of the nearly 700 orders for her none were from US flag carriers at this time. That seemed kinda weird to me.
On the same outing I also saw a sharp mid 90's all black Impala SS. It had WA license tags of SR-71A. Thought of someone here who calls their MM Blackbird... all this after seeing a Black MM on about 1200 Westlake Ave in Seattle this afternoon.
Don't mind me I'm just rambling...:)

Down here I see 94-96 Impalas a lot more often than MMs. :)

Nice plane but ever notice they only show pics of the business class and up, never "cattle car" class? Bet the seats are 12 inches wide like they are in other planes!

You know why westerns all flock to the bullet train in Japan? Because the seats are so small on the domestic airplanes you just can't sit down.
