Thinking I should make a Quad with horse height. That would be cool wouldn't it?
Its been done with quads and rangers to, i forget the company, but if i find it ill let you know. Ive seen rangers and quads with amazing ground clearance, its like a 6" lift kit.

but would even a 6" clearance adjustment move you from 5 - 6 foot head height to 8 - 10 foot head height? I think not, unless you switch to 5 foot high tires.
No doubt those on bikes are missing so much compared to those on horse back.
....I swear, if you ask any of us to 'go camping' next...

I watched Ghost rider last night and I just realized how low we all sit now, compared to how high people used to sit when on horse back.
See the show you will know what I mean.
On a horse you sit with your head about 8 or 9 feet up.
Is there anything short of a monster truck that gives that kind of ride now?
if you lift a truck a couple inches then you'll be taller than the horse...i guess i don't get what you mean
