Wagons don't get much cooler than this IMO.

Batman, your car is almost ready. We just gotta replace the bowtie with a bat and give it some black paint. Am I the only one tired of this whole "retro" craze? Is the next generation of this car going to look like the 1970 model? If GM is interested in retro, why not bring back Oldsmobile?

Who's gonna be first to do this exhaust to their Marauder? TMF, I think exhaust this would look great on "pure evil"...wink, wink.

This guy took a page out of Carrol Shelbys book. BIG turbo on an even bigger Pontiac V8. The car is some sort of imported rag top. This gives a whole new meaning to the term hairdryer!

Want an Acura NSX but don't have 60k? Why not put a supercharged Pontiac GTP motor in your old CRX instead! This rig has 'good idea' written all over it...

Who needs to decide 'delete tip or non-delete tip' when you can just use a catalytic converter instead! I'll bet a STS turbo system will be next.

As the only Marauder there, I cruised the fairgrounds a couple of times. Was asked to 'rev it up!' a few times...which I did, to cheers. (cool!) Nearlly ran down a bunch of people that couldn't hear me coming.(The car is too quiet...Lame!). I heard some one yell from the Impala section (un-sarcastically BTW) "Nice Marauder!" which was very cool. I also met Crouse, Jdando, and TMF which was also a real highlight of the trip.

I'm sick of seeing that Camaro. I've been reading it's supposed to be very powerful though and can toast a GT500 maybe. And this is new news? As much as I love Mustang's, we all know the '99-'02 SS LS1 Camaro's would beat Mustang's anyway, and could keep up with a Cobra I believe. I bet that CRX moves, but I wouldn't drive it.

I'd rive it. Repeatedly... into another CRX.

I think the ragtop is a Triumph TR6. That thing would be insane fast. As to the CRX....um. Points for creativity, at least!

And that wagon is, indeed, badass.

Just in case any one was wondering what flames would look like on your 'stang...

"Cadillark" . 1967 Buick Skylark with a 500cid Cadillac engine. This was a Car Craft magazine feature car. The owner said he would have never done it if he knew how much work was involved before starting. The steering wheel had to be off-set an inch to clear the motor/headers. Very nicely done!

Here's another shot of the Triumph for all you turbo fans. Notice the Edelbrock aluminum heads.

As far as the GM concept Camaro goes, well, that thing is HUGE in person. It looks like it's about 8' wide. I don't care how fast it goes. It's still just a Camaro and that's something that can't be fixed.

This concludes my virtual car show. Next year come on up to St. Paul, Minnesota and see it, hear it, and smell it in person!

That Camaro isn't "real" yet, and from reviews the concept is limited to about 35 mph.
Anything else about it is moot.

The concept isn't even built on the platform the production car will use. That platform is still in development in Australia.
