Monday at 7:30 AM parked on the north side of Chicago Ave. near Wood St.,a different one this morning at 4:45 AM parked on Clinton north of Harrison ? I've seen the one on Chicago Ave.parked elsewhere before but never occupied.Both have Il. plates.
