Actually, it goes on a 7.3 Diesel engine.

Yup. I was buying Oil/ Filter and noticed the Power Stroke filter next to it.

Is the FLA1 filter some of you are using really even close to this size?

The FL1A is used on the older Ford V8s and earlier 4.0 V6.

nope, the FL-1A is the same diameter of the 820s just longer. I don't think it will fit in these cars.

there is no way that will fit? i just changed the oil on sunday and i tell ya, that smaller one has barely enough room to come out as it is!!

I know. Just commenting that it isn't as big as the Power Stroke Sucker.
