There is no S55 '03/'04 MM. Unless you're talking about the '60's one. They all vary in appearance's and look different.

IIRC,

The 2002 S55 SEMA car had a S/C'd 2v 4.6L with 345 hp/345 tq. It has the "S55" taillight treatment (do a search, plenty of pics), an S55 badge on the lower right under the taillight in red, and a custom red pinstriped interior. I have pics of it somewhere, just have to find them. Here's a shot of the interior.

The car also used the non-polished wheels instead of the polished ones.

Correct. If you bought an early to mid 60's Mercury Parklane, Monterey or Montclair and specified the "S-55" package you now have a Marauder.
