No! I literaly got the boot or at least hit by one. Some jacka$$ in front of me with a flat bed truck had rubber boots stuffed in the tie down rails and one of them flew out and hit my hood. No damage other than some smeared dirt. I wish these *********s in thier trucks would secure thier loads before going 75mph in the left lane of a highway!
