My Blower Is Back On!!!!!

Kind of hot to do it yesterday but I got started at about 7:00 AM and an hour later it was :whistle:ing!!!!!:beer::bows: Funny thing.....it is much quieter that ever before.....mechanical (gear) noise is almost nonexistent!!:shake::D

I have not run it hard as it is toooo HOT to tell much now.....temps in downtown Beaufort were 106*-108* according to my Marauder outside thermometer!!:eek:

BTW....Anyone heard from Greg??:confused: I emailed and left several voice mails but only reply was an email saying he would call me 8-27 or so but nothing?? He used to return calls promptly!!:beer:

Is FIT still around....GREG ARE YOU OUT THERE SOMEWHERE!!??:(

Good news Jack. I too found my blower quieter when I got it back after the upgrade, interesting. I spoke to Greg a couple of days ago. He has been traveling quite a bit, maybe the reason.

I must have missed some early posts what was the upgrade that made the supercharger quieter?

No upgrade.....just a rebuild due to bearing noise!!:rolleyes:

It seems fine now and was done with no charge to me!!!:bows: I suspect they say something that indicated a warranty repair but they didn't elaborate.....It is a bunch quieter though!!:beer:

Now I need some cooler air to test it.....high temps around here are 98*-102* lately!!:eek: IAT's are constantly 120*++ with 5PSI boost temps 140*++....NOT GOOD!!!:shake:
