I once saw some blue valve covers on someones Marauder, by the way Rich, I noticed your valve covers on a website I found while looking for valve covers. Where can I buy valve covers for mine?

Yes, mine came from there. A Ford Dealer in Michigan as I recall. Let me check my files, perhaps I can help. Dennis....

Here's a set:

Or you can buy plain ones and get them powder coated.
Or there is a "pass around" set.

Those are the ones I have and among the pass arounds are my OEM's. A couple of Jim's :) had them first, I have no idea where they are now but someone may have PURPLE ones and might chime in where they may be now. Mine really have held up very well and still look like new. Charlie(Defyant) has incredible pics and detailed instructions on the install in the archives. Dennis

Thanks Dennis, question, what exactly is a pass around set?

Well, you see.... the ones that look so FANTASTIC on my car now in PURPLE came off of a car in Florida that is gettiung a Twin Screwing soon... mine went back down to Florida to be powder coated ....
See we swap these things around as they come off and on and then those whgo wish can get theirs coated as they see fit and pass theirs on... everyine then just pays shipping for their set.

I have the pass around set in Alexandria... I hope to have them painted/powdercoated in the near future and then mine will be ready to pass along... Do my fellow CAMMERS have any suggestions for a good place to take them??? My ears are open...

Someone bought or acquired a set of cam covers. They were nice enough to let the members use them. The way it works is you pay for only for shipping the covers to you, you get them painted, powdercoated, chrome plated, polished, etc., swap them out with yours and you ship them to the next person, who pays for shipping..... etc.
