Northbound on MD-295, 8/3

Saw a Marauder go past on MD-295 just north of DC on the evening of 8/3, probably around 11 PM. I was in my Silver sitting in traffic and he went by on the inside lane. Black or blue, couldn't tell as it was dark. Familiar to any of the DC-area members?

I can tell you who is WASN'T 'cause many of us were at MV5 in Hagerstown.
