Zack's headline got my interest, and thinking they've published the trap shooting results, was ready to celebrate. :woohoo:

The only reason I didn't see this post yesterday, was it it was well past our bedtime. :snore:

Speaking of sleeping, we're betting officer Poore, er Moore is spending his nights alone. :corner:

Hmmmmm, lets see here. Excersice Officer discretion and provide a courtesy transport home to the intoxicated driver (within policy and often practiced) OR choose to arrest your own wife and testify against her in a court of law (where the State normally cannot compel you to do so, via Priveledged Communication, ala. Attorney/Client Doctor/Patient) Seems like a no brainer. Must have really needed a stat. Can't say I'd do the same. Its only gonna cost him $$ when the judge imposes restitution on her and his auto insurance goes up and her license is suspended, etc etc.... Gotta think long term here people!

UPDATE!!

Turns out that this was just a case of Role-Playing Gone horribly wrong. He misunderstood when she told him to 'Pull her over and arrest her' she was thinking about spicing up the marriage a little, you know good cop / bad cop!

She's probably lousy at the back seat waiver option. :D
